- Answer There is no way to do this. It was advertised with 4 days of early access. It should have been received today 4/16. However they are only shipping them today with several days of ship time. Best Buy really messed this one up.

QuestionI received my deluxe edition yesterday and I am able to play today. However, the code is index the case to download the add-on items isn’t working. I am getting the error, “We can’t find this product. This code no longer works...”

QuestionIf I pre-ordered the show 2021 the Jackie Robinson deluxe physical edition that includes 4 day early access do they send you the Downloadable code to the email that it was purchased on, on April 16 or do you have to wait for the physical copy to come?

- Answer If you preordered the physical copy you should be able to do in store pickup on the 16th. If it was shipped you should get it as well. The digital code is in physical form inside the case itself.

- Answer I ordered the pre-order and was told that it would arrive on the 16th, but instead, it is somewhere in Illinois. The store had the game yesterday, but my copy won't arrive until 4/21...AFTER the Standard Edition is released, IF it comes at all. The company has refused reimbursement.

QuestionI don't really understand, is this product a choice between the ps5 and ps4 editions? There's no option to choose between the two. I have a ps5 but would hate to have to get the ps4 edition just to get the hat since there is no individual listing for PS5

- Answer The product is for both systems, but I pre-ordered the product and it won't be arriving now until at least 4/21, so I don't yet have the product. Someone in Illinois has it and Best Buy refuses to refund my purchase! Buyer beware!

- Answer This is supposed to be a hard-copy, but I preordered it on Feb 12th and still have not received it...it is sitting in Illinois somewhere despite the arrival date of 4/16 promised by Best Buy. I was told that I should have read their Terms of Service and that they will not reimburse my purchase. Their resolution was to tell me to go to the store where I could purchase ANOTHER COPY of the game! Rip-off!

- Answer April 16th...IF they ever send it! My copy is STILL sitting somewhere in Illinois. "Customer Service" tried to blame Covid and the shipper, yet the local store already seems to have it! I am being told that I will not receive my copy until April 21 (AFTER the Standard Edition comes out), or April 23rd (a week after it was promised), or I have to purchase a SECOND copy of the game and return the FIRST copy when/if it arrives, but they will not reimburse me for my purchase until I return the product! Rip-off!

QuestionWhere is the MLB The Show 21 Jackie Robinson Deluxe Edition for Xbox Series X? The other stores show it as available for pre order. But not Best Buy. That is strange.
