To share the device Open the MOBI Smart App Tap on the camera to open Tap on the icon of a pencil drawing a line (located on the top right corner of the screen) Scroll down and tap on Share Device Add Sharing Enter the email you are sharing the camera with Tap Done The camera should appear on their homepage

Q: QuestionIs this waterproof if I want to monitor an outdoor location for a limited time?

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for reaching out. Unfortunately, none of our MobiCam models are designed for outdoor use. They are NOT waterproof and we don't recommend having them in environments where there is any forms of dew or condensation.

Q: QuestionHow long does the battery last without being charged.

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for reaching out. The MobiCam requires a consistent connection to a power source in order to operate. As long as the device is plugged in it is on and surveilling. Once the device is unplugged (removed from the power source), it will no longer operate as designed. It doesn't have a rechargeable battery.

• A:Answer Hello, To reset your device, the process depends on the model. For the MultiPurpose MobiCam, find the small hole on the right side (when facing the camera). Use the included pin or a paperclip to press the reset button. Once reset, you'll hear "reset successful." Then, go to the MOBI App, remove the device from your account, and follow the steps to re-pair it.

• A:Answer Hello Jules, Unfortunately, the MIOBI App will notify you every time it noticies movement in the room it surveils. It you would like to turn this off, you can turn off "Motion-Detection" in the MobiCam's Settings under "Detection Alarm Settings".

Q: QuestionI currently have the device but it doesn’t notify my phone whenever the baby cries, or when there movements. I have to open the app in order to see the messages. How do I get it to send notifications to my phone without having to constantly check the app?

• A:Answer Hello Kimmer, Thank you for reaching out. The two-way audio of the MobiCam should operate as designed whether you are close in range or a distance away. The MobiCam does operate on WiFi so ensuring that your connection/reception is 90% or better will provide a higher potential for the audio and video of the MobiCam to be at its best quality. To access this feature use the microphone to speak through. When done talking, release the microphone and you will gain access to hear the environment the MobiCam is surveilling including anything anyone says in that environment.

• A:Answer Hello and thank you for reaching out. The Emergency Alert System without a subscription will only send a notification to the mobile device. With the subscription, you will be required to fill out location information, medical information, and emergency contacts. This is so that when the button is triggered the Support Monitoring Rep will be able to reference this information in case of an emergency. NOTE** If you are the caregiver we recommend that you download the MOBI app and pair the devices to your phone then give the button to the patient. Also the Gateway HUB MUST be paired to the WiFi at the patient's address.
