- Answer Just covers the sides. Nothing about this covers the screen. Slightly higher edges may help it watch is dropped, but there is noting about this that will directly cover the screen.

- Answer No it does not interfere with the ECG. The bottom is open and not obstructed. It works fine with my Apple Watch.
