- Answer As long as they are LED, I don't see why not. May want to consider the type of tape/adhesive you apply to the cabinet. Paint could come off.

- Answer The back panel is a cardbord type material that could be cut or modified. I chose to remove them to allow my audio components to go further back so the jacks were not impeded.
