    • Answer Hi! This is a great question! The shelves are adjustable, but the initial placement for the shelf height is about 9" high. The width of the shelf is 14-3/8". I hope that helps! Thank you!

  • QuestionIs there a tv stand bracket/ mounting device with this or do you have to set it on top or wall mount the tv?

    • Answer Hi Chris, Thanks for your question. It does not come with a mount, and would need to bed mounted to the wall or placed on top. However if that's what you are looking for, we have a few stands with a mount. You can find them by searching BB58CSPBL-MT or BB58CSPES-MT on Best Buy's site.   • QuestionAre crystals suppose to come with the unit or is that something you have to buy separately and why isn't that listed in the description. Thanks.

    • Answer Hi Crystal, The fireplace is electric, so no real flames and the crystals in the bottom already come inside the unit and do not need to be put in separately. The fireplace does put off heat and can heat a room up to about 400 sq. feet. It also has two switches so you can operate the heat and flames separately.     • Answer Hi Samco, The stand does come with a fireplace insert. It's a simple plug in unit that you screw into place once the stand is built. It has an on and off switch for both the heat and flames, so they can be controlled separately. The fireplace can heat up to about 400 sq. feet. Let us know if you have any other questions!
