I'm no expert, but have you told your TV that the signal is now a different 'source' and have you run the 'auto program/seek' function on your TV to pickup those channels? We just have the Moho and we get channels 3.1 - 43.2 (a few in-between which has a signal, but no picture), but those are so few, it really doesn't matter - for for the money we're saving on DTV or cable!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Are you using the amplifier? The VHF signals could be coming from transmitters with less power. Try mounting the antenna higher or pointing it toward the stations. It's supposed to be an omnidirectional antenna but it might help.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go go through and reprogram your channels through the setup menu. Should work. You will never need to pay for any channels. Also, you may need to set it up in a different location.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Does your TV have a digital tuner? If not, you may need to purchase a signal converter (or a new TV).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This antennae seems to be picky about where it is mounted. I have had to really move mine around the room to find the best signal. At time it also seems to pick up the signal like its being reflected off the opposite wall in which the signal is coming in. Mine is in a basement hanging in a window.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Keep playing with it. More that likely you will have to get the better model that goes further than you think you actually need. No idea why that's what it is. But it's still less than cable or roku
