“Can this be used outdoors ? Im am going to be tailgating at University of Phoenix stadium in Glendale . And does it need to hang on a something or can it lay flat ?”

While we do not recomend using an antenna that is designed for indoor use outside ALL the time the great thing about these antennas is that they are portable and you CAN use them for just such occasions. Brief use outdoors is fine as long as it isn't raining! There are a couple little holes on the top of the antenna. When I use mine to watch football outside at my home I run a little string through those holes and hang the antenna somewhere. A little duct tape to hold it steady in the right direction does the job too! Go, tailgate, enjoy!
