Q: QuestionDoes this work with AMD and Intel processor Windows laptops? Does this pass power to the laptop since my laptop charges from 1 of the 2 USB-C ports?

• A:Answer Yes, the works with AMD and Windows laptops. The Monduo will need to be powered by your laptop via 2 USB-C ports, so if you have these 2 ports available, then you may be able to connect. Your laptop must be able to support 2 external monitors, as well.

Q: QuestionThis product MONDUO 16” Is compatible with MacBook Pro M2 and M3. Chips And, I would like to know if this product has any kind of tech support or costumer services? Does it have warranty?

Q: QuestionCan this be used without a table? (e.g doing work while laying in bed/sofa?). What is the weight? Will this cause my 2016 MacBook pro 16-inch screen to slide back? Lastly, do the screens charge by being plugged into a laptop/how do they charge? Thanks!

• A:Answer The combined weight of the 2 monitor setup is over 4 lbs. So think of a 5lb bag of sugar or half a gallon of milk for reference to the weight. It has a kickstand designed to set on a table to handle that weight. Personally, I would not try to balance all that weight from my laptop screen as it will almost certainly not be able to keep it upright. The monitors are continuously powered by the cables that are connected to your laptop. They are not rechargeable units and must be connected all the time to the USB power of the laptop.

Q: QuestionMy work machine, which I want this for, is a Dell Latitude 7490 and is very locked down, so can you please confirm that this is plug and play and does not need drivers installed. Also, it only has a single USB-C port, but also has USB-A and HDMI.

• A:Answer The Monduo is plug and play and does not need to be used with the software driver. The Monduo needs 2x USB-C ports as the HDMI cable does not transfer power, so it needs to be used in conjunction with the Power Cable which transports the power for your one screen. Then use the single USB-C cable to connect the other screen. You could use a universal Thunderbolt 3.0/4.0 docking station to connect two external monitors and use the device screen for a total of three screens.

• A:Answer No, the 16" Monduo is compatible with 16" - 17" laptops however it needs to be exactly 17". The laptop must be able to support 2 external monitors and have 2x USB-C ports available for the Monduo to connect to your laptop.
