Q: QuestionHello, due to COVID, we are sheltering in place and BB is allowing curbside pick up only, and not allowing entry. I would like some of these for my children, but don't want all one character. Can you help us, if we specify during this time?

• A:Answer Odds are that they only have 1 or 2 characters. I had trouble finding bowser, shy guy and yoshi. All of the best buys in my area only have metal mario and donkey kong.

• A:Answer The core game does not include Bowser. But he is available in the individual character Power Packs. They are not blind bags; the package has a window so that you can see the game piece inside. You will have to find Bowser that way. The challenge is that all of the various Power Packs are usually inventoried under the same SKU.

• A:Answer If you order online, the character game piece is chosen at random. You will likely need to visit a Best Buy retail location to find specific characters. At the very least, you might reach out to a store by phone to check inventory of specific Power Packs. (The challenge is that all of the various pieces are inventoried under one SKU.)
