“Conversion to HDMI reception I now have a coaxial cable bringing my signal from the wall to my cable box. If I buy a new 4k TV and want to connect via a HDMI cable, will I need an adapter to be able to connect to the coaxial cable wall outlet to allow me to convert the coaxial outlet to accept the HDMI connection?”

We. Just used the monster cable without any additional adapter
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The coaxial cable will still go to the cable box but then the box to your tv will you use the HDMI cable. We also have a 4K tv and bought and cable cord for the tv and the DVD player. The quality is so much better with a good HDMI cord.
