“Did anyone receive their preorder bonus from their online order? I don’t see it in the receipt and it didn’t come with the game.”

I contacted support and they told me the publisher has not provided any codes for the pre-order bonus. I had them escalate the issue to the publisher. Hopefully we will hear back from them to send us the preorder bonus codes via email.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Never received it and the game arrived 5 days late after pre-ordering. This is not the first time this has happened and it's getting more common. Someone should be held accountable as they are using bait to get sales the not following thru on thier end.. There is no reason we should put up with this. I have returned the game and bought it somewhere else. Used to buy all my games from bestbuy but if they can't hold on to a simple promise then I'll take my business elsewhere. They want to blame the publishers but it is obvious that it's something on thier end since they're the only common denominator here.

Please try again later.I just got off of multiple 30-45 min calls with best buys customer support, they’re saying the publisher has not provided them with the codes for the preorders… and that this issue has been escalated and should be resolved in 24/48 hours. This is very very disappointing, how can they sell you a preorder offering bonuses and then not deliver, bait and switch I guess.

Please try again later.I have not received the preorder bonus either, I called bestbuy support and they told me there was the bonus, but then transferred me to someone else to ask for information to send the email with the code within 12 to 48 hours but a day has past with no code. But it looks like it was not a personal problem but an issue that multiple people are dealing with.

I ended up contacting Capcom support and explained my situation. After I provided evidence that I pre-ordered the game, they sent me a code! Hopefully this helps someone!

Nintendo/Capcom or whoever didn't provide best buy with the codes apparently, despite nintendo/capcom's homepage for this game heavily implying pre-order bonus is available anywhere (they even directly link to best buy).

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yeah I also didn’t get mine either. When I contacted support one of them told me that I would receive it by the end of today but I never got it. So I contacted them again saying I never got my preorder bonus they told me they don’t offer that and that I should complain to Capcom about not receiving the preorder bonus.
