Exactly its proof you left my package on front bnb porch they dont follow delivery instructions notes on doors they don't even have decency to ring the bell. Porch didnt pay for it my neighbors didn't pay for it. They are negligent and they won't refund my money back due to their negligence unprofessional inconsiderate they wouldnt want their orders left on front porch thats n poi t delivered that proof you just left my package outside

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have no idea what state you are in, but if UPS and/or Fed Ex doesn't want to help out, turn your case over to your State Attorney General. Here in Arkansas, ours is awesome. I helped one of my neighbors get back $350 he paid for a Kitchen Aid Mixer claimed to be delivered; no picture and couldn't find product. Maybe you can get some help!
