A:AnswerWorks fine, though insertion is stiff and removal requires holding the phone tightly between thumb and four finger.
It will also work fine with the iPhone 6S.
A:AnswerI use the cord from the mophie and with the case on the phone. Plug into bottom end of phone and it charges both the phone and mophie at the same time.
A:AnswerOn the back is a button if you press it for a few seconds you’ll see your phones charging. Also make sure you charge your mofi case and it has all four lights on it that means the case is fully charged. You can still change your phone if the case isn’t fully charged but you may not get your phone fully charged if your case is not charged
A:AnswerYour phone is not getting a charge. The Mophie is shot or your cord plug is not making a connection. I would suggest to 1) take the iphone out of the case and charge it separately; 2) blow the connection input areas on the phone and the Mophie. Sometimes dust interrupts the connection; 3) get a new USB cord to charge the Mophie. It may not be making a good connection. I've had about 20 Mophies over the last 5 years so my experience with them is extensive.
Good luck.
A:AnswerThere is a 2 year warranty on the product. If you haven’t passed the 2 years you can register you case on the morphi website and get a new case.
