• The battery pack will charge the device if you hold it down for about 3 seconds. A single tap just shows the batteries life

• Hold the button down on the bottom of the case, by the lights that illuminate while it’s charging. Wait until they light up!

• I felt the same way - I thought it would auto-charge when my battery ran low - there's a button on the back - you have to hold that down until you see that "charging" on the phone

• Hold the button on the rear of the juice pack for about 5 seconds. If the LED lights flash from left to right, it is in charging mode. If the lights flash right to left, it is in standby mode. If you have any other questions please contact our customer service team
