“Don't rely on Best Buy to ship this on time. Mine went out this morning and is still preparing for delivery so I wont have it on release day. Never buying from Best Buy again. Why doesn't Best Buy ship based on the expected delivery time for UPS ground?”

Unlucky for you I guess, I received mine on time and it was perfect. I love BestBuy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because the game can not hit the street before 9/14. That's why it's called a release date. Orders are not released until the 14th, then of course you have to give it time to be shipped. I preordered and went to pick it up on the 13th. The lady showed me my game and steelbook but could not release it until the 14th. But, I got mine on release day that way. That's the game company, not Best Buy. If you have the convenience of picking it up in store, I suggest that.

Never do a preorder for shipping from Best Buy. They will ship across the country or delay shipments, because it's cheaper. Others will ensure Next Day Air or local deliveries to ensure you get it day of.
