“Under Specifications, the phone is listed as having a microSD, but one of the questions here the answer says there is no SD card slot. Which is correct? I won't buy a phone without expandable/transferrable memory!”

Thanks for your interest, CritterKeeper, and sorry for the misinformation. If you look at the specifications page of the Motorola Edge 2021 on our website here: https://www.motorola.com/us/smartphones-motorola-edge-gen-2/p, the device does not have an SD Card slot. - Mike

There is no SD slot, it has 256GB and that is it.

As an owner user no slot. But given today's cloud storage options and back up on Gdrive on an android device, you really must need to drop a lot of media on here all the time for it to matter, for typical users this isn't that big a deal. I would agree and liked to have the option but its ok without too...at not the full price that is.
