- Answer Came with a note of 90 days Best Buy tech. warranty and I called Motorola-- gave them the MEID and they said 1 year from purchase Motorola warranty. Have not had to use it. Phone works great so far after 30 days.

This phone works in and outside the US but can't guarantee that all carrier features will work outside the US as this phone is a US variant and have different bands. I would suggest contacting your preferred service provider to see if this phone will work with their service. -Jess

- Answer The refurbished model I purchased from this listing did not have lockscreen offers and ads. I believe if it did have them it would say so in this listing.. The only place I've seen the one with ads is Amazon. It's a great phone by the way.

- Answer Unfortunately, after today's experience, I can answer a little about the warranty. All they will offer is to refund you the price of the phone. No replacement, no exchange and no repair. The stores themselves will NOT do a warranty repair on refurbished phones, which may be a good indicator the refurbishment work is done by someone else.

- Answer The one year from Motorola starts with the initial purchase which is unknown for a refurbished device. There are warranty checkers on line. I used https://imei24.com/warranty_info/Motorola/ with my refurbished unit and it says the warranty is until April 2019.

- Answer Hi Shifra, Brand new phones have a 1-year Manufacturer's warranty. Cosmetic, physical and liquid damage are not covered under warranty. I would suggest contacting BestBuy to know the warranty of refurbished phones. -Jess
