I've been with ATT and it was perfectly fine since 2004, never had an issue until now but it's the Motorola technology that is far outdated. Pop Ups cost when you cannot control how apps work

Based on the Moto G Play 2023 specification page: https://www.motorola.com/us/smartphones-moto-g-play-gen-2/p?skuId=856, it should work with Verizon. As for your old SIM card from the Moto G Play 2021, it should work fine as long as it's compatible with the new phone. If you encounter any issues, Verizon can assist with activating your new device. Let me know if there's anything else I can help you with! -Elle
