Motorolla customer care gave a wrong answer when they said this only works if purchased through Xfinity. I bought this phone The Moto G Power 5G 2023 at Best Buy yesterday and they transfered my data from my iphone to The Moto G Power 5G 2023 and connected me to Xfinity celular and it works great.
