• This phone has weight to it. More than the A50 I use at work. As for rugged, no real cell phone other than the Panasonic Toughbook series will take a beating. If you are looking for the toughness of Nextel phones of the day, then no. It is not. Screen Glass damage always a threat. Always protect your phone like you would, say your car, or something of worth you have. Otter it.
