- Answer Yes you can via Facebook messenger or if you set up what's app before you turn off data. That's what I did when I went to Jamaica and used this phone in stead of my primary.

I hate to say it, but if this is a required feature for you, I'd recommend looking at a different model. - Answer You need to download the doorbell app. The easiest for me are the Ring Products, and using the ring app on my phone and then adding the doorbell then connecting it to your wifi network. The app will guide you through the steps.
