“How is the sound quality with the 2021 Stylus model ??? I read that the 2020 had Dolby sound & was great. Looking to buy this 2021 phone, but need info on the sound. Thank you”

The answer is no if you are looking for stereo speakers and Dolby. None of the 2021 Moto phones dual speakers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Very disappointed that the 2021 nixed the stereo sound, especially after I read everywhere online that the Motorola Stylus had Dolby. After I received the phone I felt deceived, as I had paid over $120 to 'upgrade' from a Moto G 2nd Gen that had stereo- even after a $100 discount from my carrier. Called both my carrier and Motorola and neither would do anything once it was bought :( Sound is Okay but disappointing and one-sided in games like Casino Jackpot, where its only coming from one side. Wish I could downgrade to a 2020, it annoys me constantly :(

Please try again later.I just got this phone and I have the 5g one on atnt I was using a samsung s20 before this just too borrow had a prepaid moto phone I think 65 bucks thing sounded amazing anyways I got this new moto g stylus and really am not enjoying the sound settings seems you need certain earphones too make it bump like beats solo 3 or the sony ones xbr something anyways I have jbl headphones a decent model has good reviews horrible with this phone volume is low and no bass no app too fix it they sound amazing on my pc so why all these confusing sound settings that really dont work and7 no jbl app for the headphones so buying solo 3 just too make sure , I had a j7 samsung like this once great phone added a bass booster from online they really do work it may take that plus spending another 100 something dollers for the beats I was excited when I got this phone and its great but fix the sound and volume with a download .

There are no budget phones by Moto in 2021 that have both those qualities. There are more expensive models made by Moto that do have good sound and display.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.2021 G Stylus has one bottom placed speaker that I find clear and relatively strong/loud. For music and vids, however, I connect it to my JBL Charge 3; speaker is superb and worthy of considering as accessory; makes music and videos come alive! Phone speaker not as 'tinny' sounding to me as I've read in other reviews!
