It's a stupid process to activate through Boost. Get your sim card SIMOLW416TQ and go first to bring your own phone to check compatibility then go to swap your phone in that order. Don't know why, but it would not let me directly swap without going through checking it first even though it is compatible, but I did it myself and it worked.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have a Sprint store set this up for you. Seems like local Boost stores don't know how to set these up properly. My Boost Mobile store kept setting up the SIMS with our prior phone that was being replaced, which of course screws up the whole process since they didn't set up for the new Moto instead. Sprint store gave me a new SIMOLW516TQ and set it up for me for free. If you can, go to the Sprint store. Works very well now. Never could reach Boost Mobiles phone help.

I just bought the Moto G Stylus 5g phone and have gone through 2 sim cards that don't work and after about 3 hours on the phone, they said they would send me a 3rd card that should work. Have been waiting for 4 days for it and still hasn't arrived.
