• The SIM card is provided by your cellular service provider, and they can install it for you, but the cellphone comes with the tool needed to pop out the SIM and SD card holder on the side of the phone case, so it is very easy to do yourself, if you prefer. Note that internal memory storage that comes with this cellphone is 128GB and up to a 512GB Micro SD Card can be installed for additional storage.

• The SIM Card comes from your Cell phone provider. So if you are buying this unlocked and are using on Total WIreless, Republic, Tracphone, T Mobile, Verizon etc ... You need to get he sim card and plan from them. If you go to Walmart, Best Buy, Target etc they have "kits" packets that sell you a SIM card & then you purchase the plan you want.

• The phone doesn't come with a sim card. Your provider should have one for you or just use the one out of your old phone. When you do that, make for sure you call your provider from a different number to set up your new sim card. Makes life a lot easier.
