You can get an adapter, but I caution you against reusing a card if it's already years old. They can fail over time due to age & environmental stresses. It can be a big hassle to lose the data on a card and then be in a rush to buy a new one. So, if it's been a couple years since I last bought a phone, I get a new card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nano sim card is smaller than a micro sim card, but the contact points on the card are the same size, there are templates that you can get (I'm not sure from where) that allow you to trace out the places on the card and the exact size to cut it to. Alternatively you could ask your carrier for a new nano sim card (which is probably a much more foolproof option) and just swap swap your phone number over to your new sim card, should't be too difficult if you follow your carrier's instructions closely.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have two options. Number one, you could actually cut the micro sim down to nano size so it fits. Or you could as your carrier to issue you the proper sim size. They will typically do that for you in store with no questions asked!
