A:AnswerI appreciate your interest. This phone is US unlocked and can be used and will work outside the US, however, we can't guarantee that all carrier features will work. We suggest contacting your preferred carrier and see if this phone will work with their service. We do not recommend users buying a phone from a different country as the warranty of the phone is only limited to where it was purchased.

A:AnswerThis moto g6 32gb unlocked works perfectly. I would suggest going back over your "setup" steps and also check your carrier's website to see if others have had your problem.
I chose Simple Mobile after Virgin Mobile USA went Iphone nuts and would not unlock my android.
Maybe take your sim card out and re-insert also?
Good luck.
A:AnswerThis phone supports both CDMA and GSM on numerous channels and frequencies. The Motorola website lists the technical details. It is the SIM card that determines which protocol will be used on your provider's network.
