Will the phone work for gci service? null

It is best to check with your provider. That being said, it looks like this phone will work on GCI's network. From GCI's website "GCI owns and maintains a GSM and CDMA network." The unlocked Moto G7 will work on both GSM & CDMA networks. If GCI has a BYOD (bring your own device) process, you can get a SIM card and get going on their network. I did a search for BYOD on GCI's website and didn't find anything - that doesn't mean that they don't allow outside devices but you'll need to ask GCI.
