I've never had that problem with Best Buy, but I also have always bought the insurance on any earpiece purchase. Although that shouldn't matter because they have it in their return policy that if you don't like it or if there is something wrong with it you have I think at least 3 days for cash back and 14 for exchange. I would look into that more, cuz somethings not right.

Please try again later.How would you know if it will work with your phone if you don't open it right!...i think as long as everything was in the box and it wasn't past the return date, and was still new, you should've been able to return it. Did you speak with a manager? They are usually pretty good about customer satisfaction....how long ago did you buy it?

Please try again later.I purchased this Bluetooth at Best Buy, went out into the parking lot into my car, tried to connect it to my phone for over 30 minutes, it would not connect I did not like the feel and comfort in my ear so I put it back in the box and returned it. They gave me a full refund.

Or like me the first one refused and walked away without looking into the issue. Just be persistent and try another store if you happen to have another close by.
