can I connect with T-Mobil null

I bought Razr 2024 three months ago (via Best Buy - great price at the time when I compared) and connect with Boost Mobile. I had considered T-Mobile and others. So, as long as you buy an unlocked phone, you can connect with T-Mobile and be able to keep your present phone number, too.
