I give you the steps. 1) To reset the monitor: With the unit plugged in, insert a pin, or something small enough to fit inside, into the recessed reset button on the back of the monitor by the power socket; after what can take up to a minute, your monitor should then power itself back on indicating that the reset has been completed successfully. And, 2) To reset the camera, press and hold the PAIR button for approximately 20 seconds; you will hear a long beep thence release the PAIR button, wait for the camera to complete an internal reset procedure. The red LED will begin to flash when the camera is reset successfully. If the issue persists, please reach us either via live chat or email.
