How do you get it to work. I can’t start it null

You have to push down on the lid after selecting the size button below. The lid can be a bit tricky

Once you've filled the cup and replaced the lid, make sure everything is "locked" into place using the visual alignment guides. Plug the power cord into a nearby outlet then use the buttons on the front to select your grinder settings (how many "cups" you're working with and how finely you want them to be ground). Once you're satisfied with the settings illuminated in green, stand the entire device down on the table before securely pressing AND holding down the button on the lip of the lid. The motor automatically stops after some time based on your grinder settings. Make sure to unplug everything before you empty out the cup!

You have to make sure that the chamber and the top are fully locked into place. It can be a little fussy about that, but once they are, it will operate.

Insert the cup with the lid on, it won’t start without it.

I struggled the first time using it as well—you just have to make sure the cup is twisted on tight enough.
