It does not come with a reusable filter, but the machine itself is great. The coffee stays hot for hours without a burner plate

The coffee maker comes with 1 reusable water filter that is mounted on a hinged receptacle on top of the coffee basket. From what I understand, this filter should be replaced after about 1 month of use with a new filter that has to be purchased.
