- Answer yes...actually shuts off as soon as coffee is brewed. stainless pot keeps it hot for hours

- Answer You need to brew the 4 Cups. However, you will see that this coffeemaker's 4 Cups is drastically smaller than conventional makers. So, I think you will be perfectly satisfied with the amount on this coffeemaker of 4 Cups. I use this level everyday, and it really is only enough for the 2 cups of coffee you desire. Enjoy!

QuestionI purchased this recently and used the brew later mode yesterday and it worked. Today I had 10 cups of water on my countertop... I brewed it manually and it worked without a problem. Any thoughts why it would leak water in brew later option?

- Answer 6-8 oz. depending how strong you want it. I use two 6 oz. cup pods for my 12 oz. mug and push the strong button. I use Meijer pods which cost $32.99 per 100 ct. ,but only when they go on sale for $25.99

- Answer It is the worst coffee maker I have ever had, EVER!! DIDNT LAST 60 DAYS. Don't waste your money. The pod function does not work properly and the needle blocks up with every pod. Stick with Keurig.
