is this compatible with a320m motherboard? null

Ok did a little internet searching. That line of boards has a PCI express 3.0 slot. This graphics card is set up for a pci express 4.0 slot which is backwards compatible for PCI express 3.0. The card will be throttled to the PCI express 3.0 through put how ever.
