QuestionI have the GF63 THIN 9SCR-433US, Model # MS-16R4. Will this model support a 2TB drive in the SSD slot? And what's the max size you would recommend for the SATA slot?

- Answer Please note that the SATA drive supports a 2.5" 7mm height drive. The M.2 slot supports up to a dual sided 2280 Nvme Gen3 device.

- Answer Use the Burn Recovery option within the system. Create the USB, swap the drive, reinstall the OS, upgrade to Windows 11.

- Answer Yes, you will be able to add two sticks up to 64GBs of DDR4-2666Mhz so-dimm memory. A: The GF63 Thin 10SC-035 can support another 2.5" SSD. The memory can be upgraded up to a total of 64GBs with two sticks of DDR4-2666 so-dimm memory.

- Answer To use a USB C to HDMI adapter you need a thunderbolt connection on the laptop but the gf63 does not have it so the only solution I can think of is a USB 3 to HDMI adapter they cost like 15$ on amazon and you can use a USB 3 Hub and connect like 4 monitors using 1 USB 3 Port

QuestionI purchased this computer for my son a few months back, the mouse on the computer isn't working now. Is there a way to fix this? When we press down on it the pointer doesn't come up on the screen. :(

- Answer If you recently used a mouse and keyboard, and disconnected it, plug in any mouse and go to settings and reenable Track Pad

- Answer Yes, I have Game Pass and am able to download games and stream from the XBox app. You need a really fast internet connection to do the latter.

- Answer To enable the webcam, you need to use the key stroke FN + F6 to toggle the webcam on.

- Answer I'm not going to lie, but when gaming I keep it plugged in 24/7 one time I unplugged it, and with'n 2 hours it was at 20%. but if you keep it plugged in it's fine.
