It is better to get the laptop upgraded from the manufacturer with the desired processor. So to answer you question if this laptop is upgradable? I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend upgrading it yourself

• A:Answer Yes definitely, it can run stuff like the newest call of duty on the highest settings. I checked the requirements for max settings sims 4, the graphics card required is the 195th fastest card. This has the 48th fastest card, if you plan on only playing the sims you could save yourself a few hundred dollars and get something cheaper, but this is a great deal if you have other stuff you wanna play too
