there are better products for high-end intel chips. especially if overclocking is a possibility... will it mount and physically work sure but it kept my 10900k above 90c under cinebench load before i undervolt and underclocked it....

Definitely. I've got a 5800x that is just as notorious for running incredibly hot as the 9900k is and I've never seen temps go over 70c. Even when running benchmarks and cpu stress tests it never cracked 68c
