I just got my V2, entered the serial number into the recall website, and it said it was not affected by the recall. So I am going to assume the V2 does not have the recall issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't think so, I had a Version1 that was giving me cooling issue recently and MSI sent me the updated Version2 as a warranty replacement. I hope this helped.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think the V2 are the fix for the recall. But you can go to MSI's website and enter your serial number to find out. msi.com/Landing/liquid-cooler-swap-application?s=09 At the bottom of the page it will allow you to enter your serial.
