- Answer No. The thermal paste is included but not applied already. You do it upon installation. Be sure to remove the protective plastic from the cooling block before installing.

- Answer You will not have any issues with 5his AIO. It keeps the Intel I9 13900k nice and cool 3ven when overcooked. You will like the ease of install and you won't have to do anything except personalize the RGB and fan speed and your done.

- Answer Yes with no problems. I would get around 60C to 70C. 4ight around that area. You will have no problems. I'm cooling a I9 13900k with ease.
