• Yes, there is plenty of room up front for a 280mm cooler as that is exactly what I am putting in my case. You can probably even still have a 120mm fan at the bottom of the case on the hard drives is you wanted. I will likely do that and run a temp cable next to the hard drives and run the fan off that with a Command Pro.

• Yes it will fit hang it over the top the case will support up to 360mm radiator I have this case and am using the Corsair h150i pro
