No, the motherboard socket has to match the cpu, so the LGA1200 is the socket type for this mobo. 6th gen intel cpu's need a LGA1151 socket so you're gonna need a board with that socket. Look for motherboards with preferably z170 chipset for the 6th gen cpu's or you could go with a z270 but anything above that will not work with your cpu. Hope this helped, happy building buddy.
