Q: QuestionHi! I don't see anywhere for the 6 pin to plug in, inside my desktop. where does it plug in and is it necessary or can the GPU function without the 6 pin connection?

• A:Answer Yes it would work with a system with the ryzen 3 2300x. It should work with just about any CPU. As long as you have a motherboard with an open PCI-e x16 slot, a spare 6-pin power connector, and a power supply that can supply enough watts(which is really easy to do my build has a 450-watt power supply which should be fine for most builds using this GPU, but depending on your other components you may need more watts to be safe and stable).

• A:Answer Although you will experience some sort of a bottleneck it's not going to be much this will increase your FPS and it is a big upgrade from the 700 series I wouldn't consider the bottleneck I would consider the performance increase which will be drastic, you will get a big improvement in gaming smoothness and if you upgrade your CPU later it would only increase your FPS, again don't consider the small bottleneck consider the huge performance increase you will get from this card.
