- Answer If I were you chief, I would ask to go to best buy to get it fixed. If you didn't buy a warranty, I would check if MSI themselves if they give you a warranty. If they do and it's not expired, then contact them and ask them to repair it.

- Answer I assume you mean the crosshairs? If so hit the toggle switch down on the back of the monitor. After placing it in FPS mode.

- Answer The monitor is not officially listed as supporting Nvidia Gsync. Gsync is not limited to GTX 10 series cards however.
