QuestionBesides 60 day returns and 2-day shipping, are there other perks. why we should pay ($50 a year) for another membership? Worthwhile discounts would entice us for example: additional 10% off sale items or 50% off all open box items. There has to be more.

- Answer Yeah, as an example, have you ever bought something and on the 15 days, the priced dropped? How about even 31 days like other retailers typically? That especially happens with Phones, and Computer hardware, like video cards and ssd storage. I actually went back to Best buy twice within 40 days to get back the price difference from a samsung ssd that I bought!! And Gpu prices dropped so I ended up upgrading the Video Card I bought for a more powerful one!!, LOL! I'm smiling now!!

- Answer no I recently bought a MacBook m3max and the price was 3500 when I bought it Best Buy then had a sale themselves on the item for 2999 I the requested the price match and was told that it was eligible then when he put it through they said we weren't able to process it makes no sense lol the MacBook see was on your own. website and you won't honor it rediculous

- Answer From my experience, no. If you ask Best Buy, they will assure you that members receive exclusive, early access to these products to sell the membership to you like they did to me. I haven't had any early or exclusive access to high demand products that they specifically promised I would get early access to purchase. Don't buy the membership for that benefit.

- Answer It's 2024, if you need an install you better have the Best buy plus Total plan. It also covers 2 years of warranties instead of having to pay every time.

- Answer I would recommend asking Best Buy support for a guarantee but every item should allow 60 days with the membership besides some workout equipment and cameras that require a 15% restocking fee
