As a personal example, I had a computer that stopped working and took it to the closest store (3 hours away). There was no way for me to contact that specific store to find out what the issue was. I had to make a 6 hour round trip just to talk to the store that had my computer. I also bought a computer online from same store and wanted something installed in it. I was not informed that I would have to physically drive 6 hour round trip, just to open computer box at store and give to geek squad so they could install part at same store. Geek squad are not allowed to open computer boxes if bought online.
