The response from Best Buy is just a corporate response that didn’t even answer the question. Looks like you have to call the number to actually cancel auto renewal which will most likely give you just as much of a runaround as you got on the website. I’ll probably cancel my card cause I had the same issue with Petsmart. Good luck!

You should have received an advance notice of membership renewal to the email address you provided. Also, the Totaltech disclosure section on www.bestbuy.com/totaltech states that your membership renews automatically each year and your chosen card will be charged $199.99, or the then-current price, plus tax, on your yearly renewal date unless you cancel before then. You can manage your subscription at any time by calling (888) BEST-BUY or (888) 237-8289 or by managing subscriptions on your BestBuy.com account.
