Q: QuestionI intend to order total tech membership, a cooktop, a wall oven and OTR hood in one order. When your team arrive to install the new items, will they uninstall and remove the old items , install the new items and haul away the old items free of charge ??

Yes, in general, the services you describe are included for free for Totaltech members when scheduled in conjunction with the corresponding appliance purchase. Some appliance installation services are considered "complex" and only qualify for a 20% discount, but I'm not seeing any of those on the scenario you outlined. Check with your in-store associate when you get ready to buy just to be sure. Also, I checked the regular retail price of the services you mention for non-members, and that would come to around $700, so it completely makes sense to purchase a Totaltech membership during your upcoming transaction to get those services free. Q: QuestionI need to know if "totaltech support" is available where my elderly mother lives (an hour drive from a Best Buy store in CT) and if there are limitations to the number of calls she can make for tech support.

• A:Answer Omg. Please read this. It will not. That’s NOT cover you. I spent hours on with them today to get nowhere and ultimately they will charge you to come and diagnose your washer and dryer. Claiming that the repair will be cover once they do. Which is also untrue. Then. If you give up like I did and pay for the call. You will realize that you aren’t even on with someone who can really schedule you. They will tell you someone “should call you within 48 hrs” to see if they can get you onto a schedule with a third party. If you’ve ever been down this road before you know where it’s headed. Save your money and use it when the machine breaks to pay a repair man. Stop giving it to these companies.
