Q: QuestionIf I cancel my subscription next year at renewal, does that mean the tv I bought during the year no will longer have coverage? Will I be able to get coverage or will I have to continually renew this program every year?

• A:Answer Hey there, No problem, let me help you with that. Here are a few things you can try to connect your Sonos speakers after you changed your Wi-Fi name: 1. Make sure that your Sonos speakers are powered on and connected to your Wi-Fi network. You can check this by opening the Sonos app and tapping on Settings > System > Network. 2. Try restarting your Sonos speakers and router. This can often fix minor connection issues. 3. If you're still having problems, try resetting your Sonos speakers. To do this, press and hold the Play/Pause button and the Volume Down button on each speaker for 11 seconds. The speaker will flash white and then turn off. 4. Once your Sonos speakers are reset, try connecting them to your Wi-Fi network again. You can do this by opening the Sonos app and tapping on Add System. If you're still having problems connecting your Sonos speakers, you can contact Sonos support for assistance. Here are some ADDITIONAL TIPS: Make sure that your Sonos speakers are within range of your router. Try moving your router to a different location. Avoid placing your router near metal objects or appliances, as this can interfere with the Wi-Fi signal. Try disabling any VPN or ad-blocking software that you're using. I hope this helps! • A:Answer Hi, If you purchase an iPhone in the middle of your Total Tech plan, you will still receive up to 24 months of Best Buy Protection or AppleCare+ coverage, even after your Total Tech membership ends. However, to continue receiving coverage beyond 24 months, you will need to purchase AppleCare+ directly from Apple. AppleCare+ can be extended to 3 years and beyond. To do this, you can purchase AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss. This plan includes everything in AppleCare+ and up to two incidents of theft or loss coverage every 12 months, each subject to a service fee or deductible. AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss automatically renews each year, unless you cancel it. The cost of AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss varies depending on the product. For example, for an iPhone 14 Pro Max, AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss costs $269. The BB Applecare+ will protect a device you buy from Apple as long as you have an active Total tech membership when you buy it. I hope this info helps!

Yes, the free install and delivery will be honored if you need to reschedule if you have already purchased the tv and Best Buy Totaltech at the same time. If you cancel the membership and still need reschedule your service you will be charged normal price of what the service costs. I hope this helps!
