Press the power button until the screen reads 12.1v. It should go off if you leave it alone. If the screen reads “AC” it won’t turn off.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. For anyone else having this issue, for me the problem was I'd pressed the 'USB' button accidentally, so the USB sockets were active. You can press the LED and USB buttons to turn them on and off. but while either of them are on the device won't turn off by itself. Press the USB and LED buttons until their lights are not switched on, wait for a while, and it should switch off automatically.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Press the power button twice

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Disconnect the cable used to charge your phone from the powerbank at it should turn off. The lights will sometimes remained illumined if cables are still inserted even when not charging a phone or other portable device.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You just disconnected from whatever you’re charging it too and will turn off by itself you don’t have to keep pushing the on and off button but if it doesn’t turn off after five minutes then there is a problem and you should return it for a new one but I’ve never had a problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My charger light turns off as soon as I remove the phone. I would recommend unplugging the cable from the USB port on the power plug.
