yes it comes with a charger to plug in and charge in an outlet. I made the sales person unpackage it to see. Not sure about which computers. I think there is a list inside. I didn't see it long - Granddaughter is in Florida with it! It has usb outlets. She has an apple computer.

I purchased it to charge my ASUS 17" laptop for use when I am in class (I don't have access to a wall outlet in class). It connects to your laptop with your laptop's charger. Basically, instead of plugging your laptop charger to a wall outlet, you plug it into your MyCharge. The charge last from 4-6 hours and you can plug in other devices at the same time you are charging your laptop using USB access.
